The Explorers Guild is an immersive fiction production based out of the San Francisco Bay Area, operating an average of twelve expeditions a year since 2015. Jaunts include short hikes that ask members to see San Francisco from a new point of view, caravan road trips that tell an unfolding story, and overnight adventures near and far. As a designer for the guild, I've helped craft some of these narratives and designed digital and physical assets, such as a flag, a growing system of merit badges, and the occasional field guide, which all serve as in-fiction touchpoints for other members to remix and expand upon.
